Average house price in Fermanagh and Omagh was £176,000 in January 2025 to March 2025

The provisional average house price in Fermanagh and Omagh in January 2025 to March 2025 was £176,000. This was higher than the average of £162,000 in January 2024 to March 2024 (revised), a 8.4% rise.

Across Northern Ireland, the average house price in January 2025 to March 2025 was £185,000, which was more than a year earlier (£169,000).

Across the UK, a home sold for an average of £273,000 in March 2025, which was up from the March 2024 average of £255,000.

Average private rents rose in South West Northern Ireland

Fermanagh and Omagh falls within the rental area of South West Northern Ireland.

Private rents in South West Northern Ireland averaged at £649 a month in March 2025. This was an increase from £598 in March 2024, a 8.4% rise.

Across Northern Ireland, the average monthly rent was £848, up from £787 a year earlier.

Across the UK, the average rent price in March 2025 was £1,332, which was up from £1,236 in March 2024.

By how many bedrooms there are in a property, average rents as of March 2025 in South West Northern Ireland rental area were:

• One bedroom: £473
• Two bedrooms: £592
• Three bedrooms: £675
• Four or more bedrooms: £911

Taking the data instead by property type, average rents were:

• Flats and maisonettes: £539
• Terraced properties: £630
• Semi-detached properties: £691
• Detached properties: £759
