House price statistics for small areas in England and Wales: year ending September 2017

Summary

House price statistics for a range of geographies in England and Wales. The smallest areas covered by the statistics are lower layer super output areas, but the smallest areas covered by the full range of statistics are middle layer super output areas and wards. Statistics are also available for a range of larger geographies. Statistics on the price paid for residential properties are reported for different types of house including newly built properties, existing properties, all house types combined, detached, semi-detached, terraced houses and flats or maisonettes.
