Public origin and destination tables

Tables, often referred to as 'flow data', that are available to the public.

Access to most tables is restricted, but a small number of tables are available to everyone via nomis.

Releases

View all origin and destination data table layouts.

These tables have been released in three batches. The first, on 25 July 2014, was split into two sections:

  1. Origin-destination statistics on migration, workplace and students for local authorities in the United Kingdom

  2. Origin-destination statistics on second residences and workplace for merged local authorities and middle layer super output areas (MSOAs) in England and Wales

The second batch was released on 25 November 2014 and contained:

The third batch was released on 25 March 2015, and contained:

Origin-destination Statistics on Migration for Local Authorities in the United Kingdom and on Workplace for Output Areas and Workplace Zones in England and Wales
