Before we contact you, you will have either received a letter from us about the study or will have already taken part in the study with an interviewer.
Following the recent Royal Mail strikes, our written communications may be disrupted. This may mean an interviewer calls or visits your address before you have received a letter telling you your address has been selected. Please accept our apologies for any concern this may cause. Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to minimise disruption during this period.
We identify ourselves
We will always identify ourselves as from ONS whenever we contact you, displaying our logo on all letters and leaflets.
In addition, our interviewers all have a unique identification number.
