This is early research to demonstrate new potential of an Administrative Data Census and the type of analysis that is possible by linking different administrative datasets.
The research provides information on women who had a live birth in England and Wales in the calendar year 2015 and who had income information available from Pay As You Earn (PAYE) and benefits for the tax year ending 2014.
