We have corrected an error in Table 2: Deaths registered where ketamine is mentioned on the death certificate: females by age and region in England and Wales: 2014 to 2024. The previous version omitted regions where there were 0 deaths recorded. It should have included all regions including those where there were 0 deaths recorded. Table 2 has now been updated to include this.
