UK Standard Industrial Classification of Economic Activities

The UK Standard Industrial Classification of economic activities, abbreviated as UK SIC, is a five-digit classification providing the framework for collecting and presenting a large range of statistical data according to economic activity.

  • UK SIC: 2007

    The current UK standard industrial classification of economic activities completed in 2007 and effective from 1 January 2008.

  • UK SIC: Archive

    Older versions of the UK standard industrial classification of economic activities containing SICs from 1948 to 2003.
