Definition

This measures households where resident students or schoolchildren live away from home during term time.

A schoolchild or student cannot be under 5 years old.

Students or schoolchildren who board full-time at their school are counted as residents at their school's address. If they board for 3 days or less per week, they are counted as residents at their home address.
