Summary of request
Source: Annual Purchases Survey (APS) for 2018. These estimates show average business expenditure on energy, as a proportion of total purchases of energy, goods, materials and services. Energy expenditure is grouped by energy type: electricity, gas, petrol/diesel and other. The estimates are categorised by 2, 3 and 4 digit Standard Industrial Classification (SIC).
