We are unable to help you with information from the 2011 Census as the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 makes it an offence to disclose personal census information while it remains in the custody of the UK Statistics Authority. Censuses from 1921 onwards are held in the custody of the UK Statistics Authority and their release is therefore currently prohibited. Section 44 of the Freedom of Information Act states that information is exempt if its disclosure is prohibited by, or under any enactment.
Current Government policy is that the UK Statistics Authority should retain all census returns from the 1921 Census onwards, for 100 years. There are no plans to review either the Government policy or the period of closure.
