You asked
We would like to obtain information on the number of young people aged 14-19 years old who are parents in England. Is this information available from the Census 2011 for England? For the regions?
We would also like to know the number or percentage of young parents (aged 14-19) who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET), unemployed or inactive in England? Could we have the figures at a regional level as well as the country level?

Thank you for your request for information asking for information, from the 2011 Census, on the number of young people aged 14-19 years old who are parents in England, and the number or percentage of young parents (aged 14-19) who are NEET, unemployed or inactive in England.

The Families team at published this ad-hoc report on 27 July 2017: https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/birthsdeathsandmarriages/families/adhocs/007278numberofparentsaged25andunderregionsofenglandanduk2016
These are estimates of the number of parents from the Labour Force Survey (LFS). For England these are broken down into 25 and under, 20-25 and 19 and under. The regional data can only be provided for 25 and under. The sample sizes are very small so it would be unlikely that these estimates can be broken down into any more detail. If you would like to discuss these data or any further analysis please contact pop.info@ons.gov.uk.
We publish figures on live births by age of mother. Table 3 has figures by single year of age: https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/birthsdeathsandmarriages/livebirths/datasets/birthsbyparentscharacteristics
Before 2014, birth figures by single year of age of mother can be found here in Table 3: https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/birthsdeathsandmarriages/livebirths/datasets/characteristicsofmother1englandandwalesreferencetables
Before 2009, FM1 Table 3.2: http://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk/20160108035551/http://www.ons.gov.uk/ons/rel/vsob1/birth-statistics--england-and-wales--series-fm1-/index.html
