Coronavirus (COVID-19) update
We are aware of the difficulties businesses are currently experiencing responding to our surveys and we want to make returning data to us as easy as possible.
Editable PDF’s are now available for the questionnaires we currently conduct in paper format. Please contact the survey team for further information; when calling you will need a reference number and a survey code. These can be found on the front of any communication you have received from us.
If you don’t have this information, please email our Respondent Feedback Team at BDD.Respondent.Feedback.Team@ons.gov.uk who will be able to assist you further.
Editable PDF’s are not available for the surveys that we ask you to complete online. Please contact the survey team for an enrolment code or any other issues you have accessing our secure data facility. You will find a telephone number on the email you have received from us.
If you do not have a survey telephone number or survey code, these can be found on our survey specific pages.
If the business has temporarily or permanently ceased trading, you are having difficulty returning data, or you need any other help then email email@example.com.
We appreciate this is a very challenging time, especially for certain sectors, and are thankful for any data you can provide. The statistics that we produce from your data are more important than ever before. They are being used to ensure the government has the information it needs to manage the UK’s response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
We welcome your suggestions about how we can improve our surveys and would also like to hear from you if you are happy with the service you have received. You can email us at: BDD.Respondent.Feedback.Team@ons.gov.uk
