   Reason for change

   The Business Register and Employment Survey (BRES) estimates are part of a suite of labour market statistics produced by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) each year. In October 2025, we are planning to produce several of our annual indicators alongside our regular short-term indicators. We have therefore moved the initial planned release of BRES estimates from 23 October 2025 to 28 October 2025 to facilitate other scheduled releases in October.
