Summary
ESSPROS (European System of Integrated Social Protection Statistics) data are used to compare expenditure and numbers of recipients of social protection over time. Expenditure is split into seven categories: Old Age, Disability, Health, Family/Children, Survivors, Unemployment and Social Protection not elsewhere classified.
