This is early research to demonstrate new potential of an Administrative Data Census and the type of analysis that is possible by linking different administrative datasets. The research investigates the use of the Structure Preserving Estimator, using survey data to enhance the administrative data estimates of household size, by local authority in England and Wales, 2011. Comparisons with Census 2011 data are used to demonstrate outcomes. These research outputs are not official statistics.
