This is early research to demonstrate new potential of an Administrative Data Census and the type of analysis possible by linking different administrative datasets. The analysis investigates the ability of currently available data sources to produce mid-decade estimates of ethnicity at local authority level for 2015 using the Generalised Structure Preserving Estimator (GSPREE) approach.
