Summary

To provide updated estimates of mortality involving COVID-19 by ethnic group covering the period 2 March to 28 July 2020 in England and Wales. To investigate the additional explanatory power of hospital-based co-morbidity on ethnic background contrasts in mortality involving COVID-19 in England, building on previous models published by ONS.
