I would like to request statistics concerning charity fraud from 2008 to 2018. I would mainly like to know the reported losses to due to fraud in the charity sector in each year between 2008-2018.

Unfortunately we do not publish data on reported losses due to fraud within the charity sector. We do publish data concerning the number of charity fraud offences recorded by Action Fraud within Table A5 of our appendix tables published alongside our Crime in England and Wales: year ending September 2018 bulletin, which may be helpful to you. Data between the year ending March 2012 and March 2015 are available within the archive website. We do not have data available prior to this, however it’s possible the Home Office may be able to assist you further. They can be contacted at CrimeandPoliceStats@homeoffice.gov.uk.
