UK deaths by poisoning

You asked

Please provide:

  1. the numbers of UK deaths caused by cyanide poisoning due to laetrile poisoning

  2. the numbers of UK deaths caused by cyanide poisoning due to amygdalin (or B17) poisoning

  3. the numbers of UK deaths attributed to iatrogenic causes i.e. caused by doctors or treatments prescribed by doctors)

  4. the numbers of UK deaths attributed to herbalists i.e. caused by herbalists or treatments prescribed by herbalists

  5. the number of UK deaths attributed to energy healing, shamanic healing or reiki.

I would like annualised information going back 40 years but realise that this may not be possible - so as far back as you can go.
