Summary of request
Gross fixed capital formation Quarter 2 (Apr to Jun) 2018 revised data for private sector new dwellings and private sector improvements to dwellings. Both series are provided in current price seasonally adjusted format and in chained volume measure seasonally adjusted format.

On 8 October 2018 we updated this file because we have identified a production error in the “GFCF asset ‘Private sector dwellings’ broken down to its components ‘dwellings new’ and ‘dwellings improvements’” dataset.
This affected the chained volume measure, seasonally adjusted “new dwellings” and “major repairs and improvements to dwellings” series only, for periods Quarter 1 (Jan to Mar) 2017 through to Quarter 2 (Apr to June) 2018. It did not affect the “total” chained volume measures, seasonally adjusted series or any current price, seasonally adjusted series.
The affected series have now been corrected and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
