I would like to request the following information: the number of newly diagnosed cases of brain and CNS tumours (ICD-10 C70-C72, C75.1-C75.3) in each Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) for each year since 2008.

Table 1 in each of the following datasets for the years 2008 to 017 provides registrations of newly diagnosed cases of cancer split out by ICD-10 code (C70-C72, C75).
However, this does not provide a breakdown by Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The most recent CCG publication was released by Public Health England (PHE). They may be able to help you further with your request for brain and CNS tumours broken down by CCG.
All further Cancer National Statistics will be published solely by PHE on the gov.uk website.
