Summary of request
Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings (ASHE) 2010 - Proportion of men / women in each quartile of the hourly earnings (excluding overtime) distribution, for all employee jobs, UK, April 2010. Quartiles are based on all employees and are defined as the following:
Bottom 25% of employee jobs: hourly earnings greater than £0.00 and less than or equal to £7.79
25%-50%: hourly earnings greater than £7.79 and less than or equal to £11.08
50%-75%: hourly earnings greater than £11.08 and less than or equal to £17.12
Top 25% of employee jobs: hourly earnings greater than £17.12.
