The UK Statistics Authority (UKSA) does not have a policy which solely addresses working from home. The UKSA Flexible Working Framework includes information on our whole flexible working offer, which includes hybrid working (section four) and contractual homeworking (section five) in the associated download 'Flexible_Working_Framework'.
There are no centralised records of the overall days ONS staff worked at home during 2023. Colleagues managed their own hybrid working arrangements in discussion and agreement with their line managers, ensuring they attended the office as required by business need.
