We have corrected an error in Tables 6a-d (combined authorities). The previous version had incorrect data for South Yorkshire as well as some additional rows for geographies that are not part of combined authorities. We have corrected the values for South Yorkshire and removed the unnecessary extra rows. This happened because of an error in the geography lookup we used to create the tables.
