Please note
On 12 January 2023 an error was identified in Footnote 4 which has been updated to reflect that deaths presented in Table 3 are based on date of occurrence, not date of registration.
This bespoke output has been updated on 25 July 2023 after an error was identified in the underlying data used to produce Table 6 and Table 7 specifically.
