A mislabelling error was found in the output per hour by division and output per job by division datasets in all the tabs related to division-level industry. It resulted in the series B 06 being mislabelled as ‘B 05 to 08’. This error has been corrected. The ONS apologises for this problem.

A minor error has been identified in Table 9 of the Output per job by division dataset. Table 9 had two rows related to 2023 annual data. The error affects this table only. This happened because of a manual error in copying the data into the dataset. No other data are affected and the content of the article, including the main messages, remains unchanged. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

A seasonal adjustment issue affecting some Labour Force Survey (LFS)-based productivity series has been identified. The issue relates to the treatment of phase-shift and holiday regressors used to adjust for differences between the LFS and Gregorian calendars, resulting in a small residual seasonal effect remaining in some series. The highest-priority hours worked, and market sector series used in this release have been corrected and quality assured. Series O was affected by this error in our release published May 2026 and has now been corrected: corrections to seasonally adjusted values ranged from 0.0004% to 0.84%. These corrections have a small impact on other series, because of scaling to total UK hours.
A small number of lower-priority series, included in our divisional datasets, have not yet been corrected – although the impact is expected to be limited. Tables affected are clearly indicated. We are reviewing these series and will correct them as soon as is practicable.
