Summary of request

Numbers of jobs in London and the all other regions of the UK, by creative industries and creative occupation classification by various demographics sourced from the Annual Population Survey, 2010 to 2021.

Corrections

25 October 2022

This dataset was updated due to human error. The coding did not exclude overseas jobs from the 'All other regions of the UK' totals used for comparison with London.

15 January 2026

Corrections have been made to the tables. The year 2020 in the time series data across all sheets contained slight inaccuracies because of the way the data were compiled.

Additionally, in the sheets JH_by_ind_by_major_SOC and JH_by_ind_by_skill, adjustments required for the transition into the new decade (starting in 2020) were not applied, which resulted in incorrect figures for 2021 and subsequent years.

We apologise for this correction.
