Correction - 24 June 2026
We have identified an error in this dataset published on 18 April 2024, following a quality review. The issue occurred because of a manual processing error and affected the data for all tables in this release. This has now been corrected.
Updated and accurate data, including confidence intervals, can be found in our ONS Local: Underemployment with confidence intervals for strategic authorities and constituent upper tier local authorities, 2019 to 2025 release.
