Dataset Experimental regional gross fixed capital formation (GFCF) estimates by asset type

Correction

20 June 2022

We have corrected an error in tables for ‘All assets’ (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) and ‘Buildings and Structures asset’ (2.1, 2.2, and 2.3). The previous version incorporated out of date source data in error during its processing and has since been updated.

The data has been reprocessed to give re-estimated data for the affected years 2010, 2011, 2015, 2016, and 2017.

A set of regional experimental gross fixed capital formation estimates for the years 1997 to 2020 split by asset type. An explanatory methodological note accompanies this dataset outlining the methods used, purpose of the proposed improvements and underlying assumptions in the data.
