Minimum and maximum pay for Government Statistical Service roles in London, Cardiff and Leeds

You asked

I would like to know what the minimum and maximum pay for all departments in this current moment in time for all departments led by the  Government statistical service for statistical officer, Higher Statistical Officer and Senior statistical officer for London, Cardiff and Leeds Offices and which departments are in those 3 regions I would like their pay if possible.

Furthermore, rank which departments pays the most for Higher Statistical officer (HEO) for each region I have listed.

In terms of pay, the information we collect is limited and subject to change. We use the data to advertise against the lowest possible starting salary across the departments for which we are recruiting, in order to appropriately set candidates’ expectations. We do not update this information on a regular basis, and we are not automatically updated when a department has concluded and implemented a pay settlement process and subsequently changed their pay ranges. As such, we cannot guarantee that we hold current pay information for these roles across all relevant departments. 

We also do not hold information specifically on which departments have a presence in London, Cardiff, or Leeds. We do hold information on which departments have recently asked us to recruit on their behalf to vacancies in London, Cardiff or Leeds. If a department has a presence in Leeds, for example, but has not recently asked us to recruit to their Leeds office, we would not be able to confirm whether they currently have a Leeds presence.

Individual departments would need to be contacted to obtain up-to-date, accurate information.
