I would like to know the average (or the range for an) uplift granted to care companies providing care in domestic settings for: April 2024, April 2025, and if known April 2026. I am trying to identify what is a reasonable uplift each year for domestic care based on what was granted to the majority of the sector, either agreed by the NHS or the Local Authority.

The Department of Health & Social Care's Adult Social Care Finance Report provides information about local authority expenditure on adult social care services in England, which could be of further help.
