Please could you provide time series data for the following:
1) Unemployment rates of England and Wales from 1990 to 2017.
2) Any available data for mass consumerism/ private spending for England and Wales from 1990 to 2017.
3) Any available data for measures of income inequality in the form of gini coefficients for England and Wales from 1990 to 2017.
4) Any available data on public perceptions of economic conditions for England and Wales from 1990 to 2017.

1. Unemployment rates for England and Wales are published on the ONS website and are available from April 1992 only. They can be found for England at https://www.ons.gov.uk/employmentandlabourmarket/peoplenotinwork/unemployment/timeseries/ycnl/lms and Wales at https://www.ons.gov.uk/employmentandlabourmarket/peoplenotinwork/unemployment/timeseries/ycnm/lms
2. Unfortunately we do not have the requested data for England and Wales as a single entity. We only hold the data we have published for England, and separately for Wales, both of which can be found within our experimental dataset on household expenditure (2009 to 2016). https://www.ons.gov.uk/economy/regionalaccounts/grossdisposablehouseholdincome/datasets/regionalhouseholdfinalconsumptionexpenditure

This includes estimates for England and Wales based on 3 year averages.

These tables report for England and Wales separately but estimates for England and Wales together can be calculated, allowing for the fact that data is rounded to the nearest 10p/10,000 households in some versions of the table.
3. We have published Gini coefficients for England and Wales combined as an ad-hoc request on the ONS website. 4. Unfortunately we do not hold data on public perceptions of the economy for England and Wales only. Eurobarometer data which is used for this purpose is UK only at the level we receive it from the European Commission.
