I would like to know how much of this allocation the Office for National Statistics has spent thus far.

As part of the annual HM Treasury Supplementary Estimate process £2m was delegated to UK Statistics Authority specifically for Brexit related activity for Financial Year 2018 to 2019. Of this total an estimated £1.4m has been spent from April 2018 to January 2019. This figure is un-audited and thus should be treated as an estimation only.
