You asked
Please may I have total population, deaths, immigration, emigration by age and gender for 2019 and 2024.
May the age brackets be granular e.g. 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, as opposed to 20 to 25, 25 to 30, etc. e.g. 340,987 53-year-old men; there were 459 male immigrations aged 25, etc.
And births per women of X age; e.g. 25,000 births to women age 31 in 2019?

Estimates of the population of England and Wales by sex and single year of age between mid-2011 and mid-2024 are available in the Analysis of population estimates tool for UK dataset. This dataset also includes statistics on the components of population change for this period, including births, deaths and migration.
Note that, on 29 July 2026, we published the Population estimates for England and Wales, and components of population change: mid-2025 bulletin. This is accompanied by revisions to estimates for mid-2022 to mid-2024. If you have any further questions on this publication, please email pop.info@ons.gov.uk.
Deaths registered in each year 2019 to 2024, by single year of age and sex can be found in Table 3 of our annual Deaths registered in England and Wales dataset.
Via our user requested data service, we have also published the number of live births by mother's age from 1993 to 2021 and the number of live births by mother's age, 2022 to 2023.
If you wish to obtain this data for 2024 or any further disaggregation of births or deaths data, this can be requested via our bespoke services route. These services are subject to legal frameworks, disclosure control, resources and agreements of costs in line with our Charging rates.
