The total Recruitment budget for 2022/23 currently stands at £1,649,000. This figure includes the staff salary costs for the Recruitment Team. Please note, this is a point in time view and subject to adjustment.
The Director of People and Business Services is responsible for dispensing this budget.
The People and Business Services Directorate is divided into the following areas: Strategic Resourcing; People Capability; Strategy & Organisational Effectiveness; People, Practice & Insights. The Recruitment Team operates within the Strategic Resourcing area.
