Please will you tell me out how many tier 4 visas have been issued for students to undertake international foundation year courses in England over the last 5 years. By international foundation, I mean a full-time level 3 programme designed to enable overseas students to progress to a degree programme within the UK. It would be helpful if the numbers could be disaggregated to HE registered (OfS) providers and other providers.
