Unfortunately we do not hold the full set of information that you're looking for. However, there are two sources that provide part of the information.
In table EARN02 (which is published monthly) an estimate of average weekly earnings is provided in tab 11. This goes back to the start of 1963.
In addition, we publish a data series of Gross Weekly Earnings going back to 1938. This is based on annual surveys, collecting information relating to one reference month in the year. Unfortunately, prior to 1983 it's only provided for men and women separately, and only for full time manual jobs.
