Thank you for your Freedom of Information request regarding the number of Taiwanese passengers given leave to enter the UK with the purpose of tourism and business in 2018.
We do publish data about travel trends, Table 2.03 details visits for tourism and business reasons. Taiwan is currently not listed separately; in order to do so we would have to run a special extract and tabulation of the data. This bespoke analysis service would fall outside the Freedom of Information regime and any data ordered would be subject to legal frameworks, disclosure control, resources and agreements of costs, where appropriate.
