We do hold information related to this topic held as a separate component of the supply & use tables variable taxes less subsidies on products (supply table) and taxes less subsides on production (intermediate consumption table). This information is on an industry/product basis but does not capture the sector paying taxes or receiving the subsidies. Please see link below for the supply & use tables. If an industry/product breakdown of subsidies is helpful to you please contact jamie.pritchard@ons.gov.uk who can arrange the supply of data.
