Under the Freedom of Information Act please supply the total number of stress risk assessments completed by ONS in 2015 and 2016. Please supply these broken down by division and month completed.
We said
Stress risk assessments are conducted solely between a line manager and their member of staff. ONS do not record this information centrally. There are over 1,200 colleagues with line manager responsibility employed at ONS. To provide the requested information would exceed the cost of compliance as set out in s.12 of the Freedom of Information Act.
