You asked
We would like to see data relating to stillbirths in the UK for families where the birthing parent was not born in the UK. We understand that data exists for live births and country of birth, but we would like access to data on stillbirths and country of birth. Specifically, we would like to know the number of stillbirths by country of birth if this is possible.
Please let me know how long it would take to gather this information and if there would be any cost to it.

We are responsible for the production of births statistics for England and Wales. National Records Scotland (NRS) and Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) are responsible for statistics pertaining to Scotland and Northern Ireland. They can be contacted at foi@nrscotland.gov.uk and info@nisra.gov.uk respectively.
We do not currently hold analysis on on the number of stillbirths by parents' country of birth. However, we could create a custom output showing this information via our bespoke services. Such services are subject to legal frameworks, disclosure control, resources and agreements of costs in line with our Charging Policy. Please contact Health.Data@ons.gov.uk for more information.
As this information is reasonably accessible via another route, even if only accessible on payment, Section 21(2)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) applies.
