Please provide the following information;

The ONS policy on the recording of decisions regarding staff.

Information regarding the granting of special leave at the ONS and reasons for that in the last 5 years please, broken down by days each calendar year and job grade. Can you highlight those that co-inside with a grievance and/or a disciplinary matter.

Information regarding sickness for stress at the ONS in the last 5 years please, broken down by days each calendar year and job grade. Can you highlight those that co-inside with a grievance and/or a disciplinary matter.

Ages of people employed on a permanent contract by the ONS at HStO or RO grade from outside the ONS in the last 5 years. Of those the ages of those leaving ONS in that 5 year period and those getting promoted within the ONS. Five or ten year age brackets will allow anonymity. I am particularly interested the age groups 21 - 25 years old, 26 -31 years old and over 55 years old in each case.

Information regarding payments made by the ONS relating to discrimination, unfair or constructive dismissal, bullying or any other employment related matter in the last 10 years.

We do not hold any specific policies regarding management decisions that may be made about staff unless these are formal decisions taken as part of a process. In these cases, the relevant policy shall apply, i.e. Disciplinary / Grievance / Attendance Management etc.

We have provided information relating to special leave, sickness absence due to stress and ages of people employed on a permanent contract. We do not hold any of this information in relation to grievances or disciplinary action.
