Could you provide any complaints made by staff of abuse, or bullying or intimidating behaviour, by Sir Ian Diamond that were reported to the executive team or human resources at the ONS or the Statistics Authority between Jan 2020 and May 2025. The names of the individuals reporting their concerns do not need to be disclosed.
