Thank you for your request.

Unfortunately, we do not hold anything on gang related crime, homelessness or drop out rates within education.
The Mayor's Office for Police and Crime (MOPAC) do have data available on gang crime but only for the London area. This can be accessed on their website here;

The Home Office may also have some information on gang crime. They can be contacted at crimeandpolicestats@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk.
For homelessness, your request may be better placed with The Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG).
The following link on the DCLG website may be of use to you;

For drop out rates within secondary schools, colleges and exclusions, your request may be better placed with The Department for Education (DfE) or the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA). Please note that HESA are not required to answer requests under the Freedom of Information Act, but do accept queries.
