We have a monitoring agreement with Kantar Ltd which expires at the end of March 2018. Its value is variable and depends on the number of relevant articles identified by the supplier. The procurement exercise for a new supplier is underway using Crown Commercial Services.
The software used by the Media/Communications team to monitor the media.
We use a Lotus Notes database adapted by our in-house developers. Lotus Notes is part of our central IT estate and it is not possible to attribute any specific costs to this particular database.

We currently use Trello to track engagement with stakeholders. There is no contract or cost associated with this.

The UK Statistics Authority (and its executive office, the Office for National Statistics) have a service agreement with Dehavilland, for the monitoring of Parliamentary activity relating to official statistics. The agreement, covering the period 16 November 2017 to 15 November 2018, is valued at £ 8,741 (excluding VAT).
