The ONS does not regularly produce any statistics breaking down employment by industry and nationality or country of birth.
In your request you refer to people's nationality and their country of origin. These are two different concepts which are treated separately for analysis purposes. Someone's nationality relates to the passport or main passport held by an individual. This can change over time. A country of origin, or country of birth is a fixed reference point for an individual. Both of these concepts are collected by a number of surveys, notably for your purposes the Annual Population Survey (APS) and the Census.
Whilst neither of these produce a regular output on the breakdown by industry and nationality or country of birth, it is possible to request specific analysis from either source, although there may be a charge incurred to cover the costs of producing such an analysis. Previous such requests to both surveys have asked for information looking at industry by country of birth or nationality.
A pair of requests to the Census asked for information broken down by industry and year of arrival in the UK and by nationality and country of birth respectively. However, for both of these requests the industry breakdown was for a very broad industrial grouping. Both analysis can be found on our Nomis website through the links below.

A recent request to APS asked for information broken down by occupation and industry by nationality and country of birth. Again the industrial breakdown was at a higher level than your request, at section level. The resulting analysis can be found on the ONS website through the link below.
If you wish to make a request for a specific analysis to be produced, details of how to do so, along with relevant contact information, can be found in the Making a Request section of the ONS website.
