Please could you provide a report made by the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys / Social Survey Division in April / May 1991 concerning sampling errors in the Household Below Average Income statistic / the Family Expenditure Survey (The report was made by David Elliott in the Methods and Sampling Branch of the SSD).
