Thank you for your Freedom of Information request about Romanian nationals living in Scotland.
We publish data about the UK population by country of birth and nationality. The latest available data is July 2017 to June 2018. From Table D of the downloadable file in the link, you will see that we estimated that the number of Romanian nationals living in Scotland was 10,000 (plus or minus 4,000).
We have no breakdown of this figure by age or lower levels of geography.
Although we publish electoral statistics we have no information about how many Romanian nationals are registered to vote in Scotland. Nationality is not provided to us for electoral statistics.
Electoral statistics are provided to us by National Records of Scotland; they may be able to provide further data for you.
