Please can I request a freedom of information request detailing the following:
How many gas leak incidents were reported over the last 10 years from 1st Jan 2007 to 31st December 2017 within a laboratory, hospital or medical environment and if known, what type of gas was it?
Please also provide detail on the severity of the incident and cause of the leak if known.
