Please could you provide the below requested information (note areas separated by police forces).
- Population data - total population served by that police force for the given year
- No. PTW - Number of registered motorcycles for that area for the given year
- Area km2 - Total area covered by that police force for the given year
- % All motorways - The percentage of all of the roads within that area that are classified as Motorways
- % All major roads - The percentage of all of the roads within that area that are classified as Major
- % All minor roads - The percentage of all of the roads within that area that are classified as Minor

Please see the associated download containing the population information requested held by the Office for National Statistics. Please note we only do a Census every 10 years so in the time-span you have requested this would have been 2011 and 2021. We produce Population estimates for the intervening years.
You can find Local Authority (LAD) to Police Force Area lookups on the Standard Area Measurements (SAM) for LAD and the Open Geography Portal. This would allow you to undertake aggregation between the two, although, please note, SAM does not go back as far as 2004. For any questions about how to use these online tools, please contact ONS.Geography@ons.gov.uk.
Unfortunately, we do not hold information on registered motorcycles or road classifications. Department for Transport or National Highways may be better placed to assist you with this.
